WOD
With a continuously running clock:
- Do one chest to deck push up and one pull up on the first minute, 2 of each on the second minute……
- When unable to complete one of the movements in the allotted time, continue only with the other movement for as many minutes as possible.
- Score total complete rounds and total single exercise rounds.
5 comp + 6 pull (red) + 9 push + 10 pushups
