  • 22 SDHP (75/55)
  • 22 box jumps (24/20)
  • 22 push Press (75/55)
  • Row for 12 calories

Time: 28:53 Rx. This was  tough one for me today. I didn’t eat breakfast and wasn’t feeling well. had to take two long breaks between rounds.
