“SQT” 3 rds 10 ground to overhead (95#/ 65#) M – 75#/55# 200 m shuttle run (50 m there and back twice) Time: 7:22 Rx had to tape a finger (blister) mid WOD. Sucks.

5 rds: 50 m suicides 25 knees to elbows Time: 400m = 1:25 WOD = 28:06 Tore up my hands during the wod and slowed a bit on the knees to elbows. Also, it was about 96 degrees.
