Approximately 10 miles it so. Didn’t measure distance, but instead rode for about 5000 steps via the Nike+ FuelBand.
Decided to go for a run today. Ran the bike trail by our house. Time: 40:52 Total Distance: 4 miles (average pace of 10:10 per mile) Not exact time and distance. Measured using my iPod with Nike app. Additionally, I did 50 pushups after the run.
