I scaled this WOD. 200m farmer carry with 30# dumb bells, 30 reps instead of 50, regular sit-ups, skipped rope climbs and 200m sled pull (65). I had a very bad day. Couldn’t breath well and was getting very dizzy. Maybe the heat and humidity.
