Warm up and short WOD with Owen

Partner WOD

4 rounds (each person rows 2x)

200m row while the other does the following

1 pull-up

4 push-up

8 sit-up

12 step-up / box jump (20)

Time: 5:45 4.5 rounds completed

After WOD:

4 x 30 second plank hold

4 x 10 db push-press

20 med ball cleans (14/20)

Then I did “Cindy” for 5 minutes

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 squats

Time: 5:00 (completed 5 rounds)
