In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Time: 1:19:06 ((Might be my slowest Murph workout at 79:06) had pain in left shoulder going into this and took several opportunities to rest. I also did several scaled push-ups on my knees)
