18 minute AMRAP

Squat Clean Ladders (115, 135, 155, 175, 195)

Run from front door around building to back door

Repeat

Point for every squat clean completed

Total: 24

WOD 2

“Death by Deadlifts & Burpees”

Min 1: Complete 1 Deadlift (225/155) & 1 over the bar burpee

Min 2: Complete 2 Deadlifts & 2 over the bar burpees

Min 3: Complete 3 Deadlifts & 3 over the bar burpees

And so on… Until you can no longer finish the round within the minute

*Score = Last full round completed within the minute (ex: 8 min rx)

Total: 6 rounds
