30 Power Cleans (45/35)

30 box step ups with barbell in back-rack (24/20)

30 burpees

400 m run (together)

*One partner works while one rests except for 400 m run. Divide reps evenly between partners.

Total: 3 rds + 10 burpees (solo) also finished 4th round after time expired.
