5 rds: 50 m suicides 25 knees to elbows Time: 400m = 1:25 WOD = 28:06 Tore up my hands during the wod and slowed a bit on the knees to elbows. Also, it was about 96 degrees.
5 rds: row 500 m rest 2 minutes Time: 1:54, 1:56, 1:59, 2:02, 2:00 Had cheesecake factory for lunch. That didn’t help.
7 rds: Row 250 meters 1 snatch Score= time and snatch weight Time/score: 13:44 #125 first 5, #115 final 2. Something mental happened on round six. Three failed attempts on #125. Lost about minute. Very frustrating.
